Ten years of product design, two companies of my own.

Somewhere along the way I stopped being satisfied with handing over a Figma file and hoping. Now agents write most of the code. I draw the screens and write the specs, and I review what merges. This summer that meant three products from scratch: CodeCat, a macOS utility with system-level privileges, notarized and shipped in five days; CouchDeck, a three-platform system in four languages that turns a gaming PC into a console; and Eily, an iOS meeting assistant with on-device language models, where I'm founder and lead design engineer of a team of three.

Lead product designer at Alfa-Bank, on the ITSM platform every support team in the bank works in. I'm also moving its design system from React to Kotlin Multiplatform, in code. Lead product designer at Lyvely, a creator platform, where I led the design team and built the design system: a new screen went from a week to two days. Head of design at Optic, an $11M Kleiner Perkins- and Pantera-backed AI startup, where I product-owned the NFT moderation tool OpenSea adopted and later acquired, and designed AI or Not, the AI-image detector, from its first draft. Senior product designer at Positive Technologies, part-time. And before all of it, founder and CEO of ARQ, an augmented reality startup that raised $300K and shipped for Bayer, Pfizer and Sanofi.

I studied mechanics and mathematical modeling at Kazan Federal University, and technology business at MIPT.
